These terms cover text messaging by PCS Plumbing ("PCS", "we"), Premier Contracting Solutions LLC, 615 E Hale Lake Rd, Warrensburg,MO 64093. We run two kinds of text messaging, described separately below. Ourprivacy policy explains what we do with the information involved.
1. Customer service texts
Texting is optional. You can book and be served entirely by phone. We will never require you to accept texts before we do work for you.
If you ask us to text you, or you text our business number first, we will send texts about your job only: appointment reminders, on-my-way notifications, scheduling updates, quotes, invoices, and payment links. Messages may come from our office number or from our scheduling software's number. All of them are about your service. Message frequency varies with your job. We never send marketing or promotional text campaigns. Saying no to texts does not change your service, your price, or your place in the schedule. Reply STOP at any time to stop.
2. On-call dispatch notifications (staff only)
Our after-hours system sends dispatch notification texts to PCS employees and contracted technicians while they are on the on-call rotation.
These texts are optional. They are not a condition of employment, of being on the on-call rotation, or of any pay or scheduling decision. Consent is collected on its own section of a paper form at our office. That section is separately titled, has its own signature line, and its checkbox is printed unchecked. It is never bundled into an employment or on-call agreement. A technician who leaves it blank stays on the rotation on the same terms and receives the dispatch as a phone call. The office keeps the signed section as the record of consent and turns the setting on only after receiving one.
Message frequency varies, typically 0–5 messages per on-call shift. Reply STOP at any time to stop the texts; the dispatch phone call continues either way. This program is internal to PCS and is not available to customers or the public.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply to any message we send you or you send us, according to your mobile carrier's plan.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any text from us to stop receiving texts from that number. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and nothing further. Technicians who opt out of dispatch texts still receive the phone call, so no work is missed. Reply START to resubscribe at any time.

Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and texting consent are used only to run the programs above. See our privacy policy for the rest.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version goes on this page with a new effective date.
