SMS terms & conditions

These terms cover text messages sent by PCS Plumbing ("PCS", "we") of 615 E Hale Lake Rd, Warrensburg, MO 64093. We run two kinds of text messaging, described separately below. Ourprivacy policy explains what we do with the information involved.
1. Customer service texts
When you text our business number, or give us your mobile number and ask us to text you, you consent to receive service texts from us about your job — scheduling, appointment updates, quotes, and payment links. Message frequency varies with your job. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional text campaigns.
2. On-call dispatch notifications (staff only)
Our after-hours system sends dispatch notification texts to PCS employees and contracted technicians while they are on the on-call rotation. Technicians opt in by signing a paper on-call agreement at our office; the signed form is kept there as the record of consent. Message frequency varies, typically 0–5 messages per on-call shift. This program is internal to PCS and is not available to customers or the public.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply to any message we send you or you send us, according to your mobile carrier's plan.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any text from us to stop receiving texts from that number. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and nothing further. Technicians who opt out of dispatch texts still receive the phone call, so no work is missed. Reply START to resubscribe at any time.

Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and texting consent are used only to run the programs above. See our privacy policy for the rest.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version goes on this page with a new effective date.
